Consumers Are More Optimistic Then Previously Believed

Press Release Summary: In a resent study done by Truss Realty Group through
surveying 516 past clients, consumers reported feeling comfort and ease in adjusting
to a lack of available credit.

Press Release Body: The study done over 4 months, June 2008-Sept. 2008 of 516
consumers located in California were surveyed on 5 different categories ranking from
1 to 5, 1 being disagree and 5 being agree completely.
1. Real Estate Market has less that 10% left to decline before going back up.
2. The Economy has hit rock bottom.
3. I can finance a home with less that 10% down payment.
4. My combined bills monthly are less than 50%
of my income before taxes.
5. I have reduced the use of credit cards to less than 50% of my monthly purchases.

62% of those surveyed agreed with these positive statements by marking 4 or better.
A closing statement not considered a part of the survey asked, "Do you feel you
could benefit from a DEBT CONSOLIDATION PLAN today?" And 69% of those surveyed said
yes. That's almost three quarters of those surveyed reported they could and need
your help finding relief from their debts.
